Again we put in a display full of effort, although sometimes we try to do too much rather than taking things a bit more calmly.

It was a pity we started poorly - our kick off, we went backwards and never had control of the play, gave it away and they scored - they were 'up for it' right at the start. But we responded positively and improved throughout the first half having most of the ball although not always using it calmly and efficiently enough. We created some good chances - their keeper saved well but there were a few times when he should have had no chance but our finishing wasn't clinical. The second half was spent in their half - very much 'attack v defence' but the same pattern of missed opportunities/good saves right to the end...

Frustrating but take heart from your overall performance which can't be faulted on effort and showed improvement from the weekend.

I think shooting and finishing is the main focus for Monday's practice!
