We're not totally sure what the result was, so we'll call it a draw, 7 tries a piece. We started quite slowly and unsure about the contact and, as a result, we let them run past us too easily. However, I was very pleased about the boys' response and they also went on to make great runs and score good tries. We definitely won the second half. The boys worked very well as a team, patiently bringing the ball up the pitch and finding good open areas to run into and score their tries. There were definitely lots of positives to take from this match. Torin was our MVP, but Arya made some great runs. We didn't know he could be that quick! And Aden was the king of rucking today. He was the first one there every time and protected our possession of the ball. Well done to the whole team for a very pleasing first match.
